"What great folks you have at PCB. Joe, in your service department, was outstanding to work with. I had a tire problem on the way down to Thunder Beach.... Called your store and got Joe. As busy as you guys were, he was patient with me and ordered my tire (300.) UPS was not as helpful, but Joe worked through their issues and made it happen for me. I commend him for his efforts. "First day, new dealership, gotta work out the bugs:) Setting up a appointment for service was slow, the system kept kicking me out. Justin was able to get it entered and I will be bringing my bike in next week. Motorclothes registers were slow, system problems?? It was finally worked out, purchases were made, my wife and myself are happy. Staff were too busy to assist me with signing up for your rider rewards program. Recommended I go to website to sign up. Website Rewards program link did not work:( VERY busy, good experience overall."

"I have to throw out some compliments to your store. I've had my current cycle over 2 yrs. After an accident in Dec 2010, my bike was completely rebuilt by your shop. While laid up in a nursing home one of your employees named Jose came & picked up the bike key the shop needed. I just thought it was a great thing that you'd send someone to get it instead of making me find a way to get it to you. That was great. And when my bike was finished, Jose delivered to my home. I still wasn't walking well. Just last week I brought a problem to the attention of 'Ben'....your new branch manger I believe. I explained the issue, he did some checking and came back to me with a very great solution. My hat off to 'Ben'. Special thanks to Jose & Ben for giving me confidence in your facility and for letting me see that big business can keep in touch with the working man. "I met Anthony Iapichina at the Tent Sale in Tampa and he ended up selling me a bike in New Port Richey HD the very next day. I used the financing option and the whole thing was smooth and painless. I even got to ride her home. Joe in Parts & Accessories demonstrated a stereo system and made sure it will fit on my other bike to appease my girlfriend since we were originally shopping for her. "My wife and I stopped in Tampa to have new tires put on my ultra classic while travelling around Florida. We got there late in the afternoon, they scheduled me for 8:00 am the next morning, and the bike was ready before 11:00 am. Bruce in service was a pleasure to deal with, as well all the staff. "Long story short... I was having issues with warm starts on my new Streetglide. The new service manager Richie got involved and took the time to walk me through what they were doing next to solve this issue. He oversaw the entire repair process and assured me that they were doing everything they could to get this thing fixed. Just got it back today and after a long test ride, it seems to be fixed. " My experience at your store in Brandon was incredible, from the moment I drove onto the property seeing all of the lush (healthy) landscape, to the shape/way the building was designed I was in "HOG-Heaven!" The second I walked through the door I was greeted by super friendly staff who took the time out to give me a tour of the store. "I was on a ride to Cotte River Bike Fest when I discovered a roofing nail in my rear tire. I was only about 8 miles from Gulf Coast H-D, but was thinking I would not be able to get tire service due to the huge tent sale and the bike fest. Since I was only 8 miles away, I gave it a shot. As I road in I'm thinking that getting a tire will not happen; they were very busy with bikes everywhere. I approached the service desk where they were very busy and Keith immediately asked if he could help. I explained and he said he could do it if I could wait. To my surprise it didn't take that long and we were back on the road; after doing some shopping for some H-D merchandise. Also, with the tire and wheel service plan, it didn't cost me a penny. "I would like to thank JOE RIVERA for his time and expertise on the old HARLEYS . I have recently perchased an 1987 hugger. I bought the bike to rebuild and restore. In short its a mess!!! The bike had no turn signals,so when I replaced the rear sheet metal I wanted to replace the turn signals. Well I talked to SAM and he printed a copy of the original turn signals, as I asked . Later that week I talked to JOJO about what I was doing,and he suggested I install the late model turn signals. So JOJO spent his own time going through old parts books mathing numbers with newer model parts to find a way to install the late model signals.Well, with late model signals , early model bolts and some modifications to the struts, we have success! "If you’re traveling I75 in Florida or any route close to Tampa a stop at the Brandon Harley Davidson (9841 Adamo Drive) is certainly recommended. Been to a lot of Dealers around the US but never one like this, it’s a western theme complete with two Long Horn steers and a BBQ restaurant. The staff is just unbelievable I had an electrical issue while in transit from Virginia, pulled into the service department and a Service Writer was at the bike before I even got my helmet off, documented the problem, shown me the waiting lounge where there was coffee, a varied of other drinks, fresh cookies being baked, pop corn, etc. When Ben Black the General Sales Manager found out it was my first visit he took me on a complete tour of the facility one would have thought I was a Harley Executive or some other big shot vice an every day old Harley poor rider and loving every day on the ULTRA. In any case it was a great visit and I was on the road again by early afternoon. Check it out you’ll like the experience. "

"Wanted to rent an Ultra Classic and a Road Glide while I was in Tampa for vacation. Called the Dale Mabry location and Dave Cruz told me to come on down and we'd make a deal. Ryan spent 30 minutes explaining the differences and I decided on the RG. The paperwork was a breeze and the price was reasonable. These guys know their stuff. I spent a great day riding in North Tampa and Dave checked me back in within minutes after I returned the bike. This was an easy, stress-free experience. I will definitely rent from these guys again. "My salesman was Ray Bragg. He was very thourough, he answered any questions I had about the bike and mentioned many things that I had not considered. He even delivered my bike himself. Customer service is a high priority for me and Ray Bragg is a great example of providing that to his customers. Dan Maslowe, in the finance department, was also very helpful and, although I wasn't financing my purchase, he guided me through the small mountain of paperwork in an informative and friendly manner. He was clear about what my options were and explained the pros and cons of my extended warranty choices. I have a 2005 springer Heritage Classic that am having issues with the front springer not traveling at all and I was about to change the rockers and all kind of parts, so I started talking to Pat O'Odell from parts and he started showing me all that's involved in the front end and he brought out a Manual and explained to me that it might be different then what am thinking about doing and that I should buy a manual if am going to do the work, so he suggested that I would talk to the service department which I did and I was told to get some kind of grease to apply to the bearing on the rockers, so I went back to Pat and asked him for he grease and that's when he gave me that look and he said hold on and he went to the service shop and came back with the service manager which I believe his name was Rufus. Needless to say Rufus was the best help he took the time to explain how the springer works and what parts that can go bad and what maintenance I need to do on it every 5000 miles and what I should do first before I start changing and replacing parts. I went home and I did everything he told me to do and to my surprise all I needed was a sleeve bearing that was froze in and seized so I went back to Pat and gave him my part and he gave it to the service department and two days later I got a call that my part is fixed and ready. Same day I went there to pick the part when Rufus came out and should me the way it should have worked and how bad it was and he gave me an advice about proper maintenance on the spring, then shook my hand and told me have a safe ride. As I was leaving I so Pat from parts and he asked me if I got my part and if everything went well with the service department and asked me to call him if I have any questions while I was installing the part back. In a nutshell, this kind of service is hard to come by these days, to take the time and effort to explain and aducate a customer on making a smart choice and purchasing the right parts is priceless. Thank you Pat and Rufus because you have a customer for life."

"2 weeks ago today, I got my 3rd bike from Gulf Coast.. and I must admit what an awesome experience it was. My first purchase, was a springer 04, which I still have, an 05 ultra classic, which I traded in on my new Road Glide Ultra. I was very impressed with everyone that took part in the whole deal. Anthony the salesman, AKA (Batman) was a true pro at what he did, under some pressure from another customer for wanting help. He went out of his way to help me. Now I know why he's been with you for 5 years. I met Ken the Manager, briefly before, but never like I did on JULY 27th, and now I know why he is the GM. Just another Pro on the Gulf Coast team, I also met Virginia in Finance. I always dealt with Dale, who was always so fast and very good at what he did. Let me tell you guys that you didn't skip a beat with Virginia. She also was very, very Professional, (and better looking) very pleasant to work with. You might say I'm a little biased, about Gulf Coast and that's beacause I am. I've been going there ever since the store was built, I even moved to Ocala 3 yrs ago, and I still come back every week. You see I've been to a lot of Dealers on my travels, none not one, can come close to the awesome people that work at MY dealer. Every Motorclothes girls starting with the one that always has a smile on her face when you walk in. That's Julie, the only one I find that will say Hi, Good Morning or Just plain Hi. All the ladys there are true Pros at what they do. Denise, Karen, Chealsey, Catlin, Madison, and the new Shelby who was very good on the phone the first time I talked to her. I am sure I will leave someone out, for that I'm sorry. But the bottom line is .. TO ALL THOSE PEOPLE YOU ARE WHY I KEEP COMING BACK. It's the reason we all keep coming back. "My first experience at Gulf Coast HD was the first week in Oct 2011, one hour after recieving the endorsement on my license. I walked into the store with my sister and brother-in-law, who both had purchased several bikes previously, and had talked me out of purchasing the Triumph Bonneville that I had originally planned on buying.(Thank You, Rick and Tracie!) Now, I am the type of woman that is completely turned off by high pressure sales, annoying sales pitches, and please, don't attempt to sell me a product that you wouldn't own yourself! If this had happened, I would own a Bonnie. But instead, I was greeted by Anthony Iapichino. Immediately I was very comfortable, and was learning about what was to be my first motorcycle, my ember sunglow iron 883. This bike was perfect for me as a new rider, just like Anthony said it would be. over the next few weeks, Anthony called several times to check up on me and asked how my riding experience was going ,and with each call, he answered all my questions with patience and kindness. And did I mention that Anthony actually owns a Harley? During the last week in June, I stopped in to Gulf Coast to see the Softtail Slim. I was greeted once again by Anthony who showed me the Slim in sunglow ember. I arranged to take it for a test ride with Anthony that following Saturday, and fell in love,(with the bike) and I traded in my iron for my new Slim. I am very happy with my purchase, it fits me perfectly. After buying the Slim, the follow up from Anthony was even more amazing, I am a totally satisfied customer! "I have to tell you about the Gulf Coast Harley Davidson Store. When I walked in to that store I was first Greeted by all smiles from the Ladies at the counter, asking me how they could help me. I noticed the name tag her name was Julie. (I called her Miss Julie). I said I want to buy a Bike. She called a sales person. And Called me by name I thought how nice. That person was Anthony Iapichion. I thought Oh here we go. I was mistaken. Anthony gave me the education of my life about Harley Davidson. Together we found a bike made for me ( A brand new 2012 Road Glide Ultra. Little did I know that when I got my bike that was just the start of the best time of my life. Then I meet A nice lady named Virginia Duncan A Sales Manager. Now I reminded you this is Anthony taking me around to meet all these people. Virginia & Anthony were the ones who told me about the tire & wheel Guarantee at first I said no. But I thought about it and said sure why not. That was the Best thing I ever did. With in 1400 miles I got a screw in my rear tire. Boy did that pay for itself. After that I bought the extended service plan for the bike. Now let me tell you about the parts dept. I never met a nicer group of guys in my life. I put a lot of time thinking how I wanted to personalize my bike for me. I have to say that Joe Cabella took my under his wing and showed me what I could get and what would not fit on my bike. but I have to say that Lance & Sam & JoJo (PS thanks JoJO for showing me how to clean my Bike) & Bert are all Great. After I got all My goodies for my bike. At 1000 miles ( only took three weeks) Somebody had to put them on. Now let me tell you about the service Dept. Great group of people. I met a lot of these people on first owner night. ( How Cool) got a real education that night. My Daughter just happen to be down for a week. Thought it was great. When I set up my first service call at 1000 Miles. I met a guy named Steve Parisian. I thought this guy nows his stuff. I received a email from him about my appointment . He really knows how to take care of a person. Then theres the person who did the work on my bike. His name is Mike Kalfas WOW good job Mike thank you. At that note I say the people at Gulf Coast HD are the Best Group of people I have met in a long time. Thank You ALL.Somebody told my I did not buy a Harley I bought a Family. They were right. "Well' I posted a complaint about the lack of follow up concerning my missing riders book last week and someone took notice. General manager Ken Edwards called first thing the next morning and promised a book within the next 2 days and kept his word. All points due from past purchases were put into my account. Although I would have made 500 more points If I had my coupon book, for a referal I made which resulted in the sale of a new Road King to a friend of mine,I am satisfied that the problem is resolved and have gone back to doing business with them and to show I am still a good customer, I have made 3333.58 dollars in purchases since Wednesday and have 2000 more in labor scheduled when some of the parts come in and much more parts,labor,clothes,accesories, and bike purchases are on the horizon. I do enjoy doing business there and the people are great and I don't hold them responsible. But as a former successful business owner myself, when a customer has an ongoing problem, no matter how small it may seem, it needs to be followed up on untill it is resolved or you may lose that customer forever. So thanks to Ken for saving a customer who likes doing business in your stores and "Thank You" to whoever is on the other end of this e-mail that got people to take notice and resolve this before we reached the point of no return. "So I finally made a dream come true at Brandon harley on Adamo Dr in Tampa/Brandon. Here's the run down. I walked in on a whim thinking I could never pull off getting a Harley. I dealt with Hammer, Ben and Beef and I don't think I could have had a better group of guys to help get me on a bike. I didn't make it easy on them. They took a ton of time with me trying to figure out the right bike, and still made it affordable. "My Ultra was destroyed on I-4 on my way to Bikeweek in Daytona on March 5, 2011 by a hit and run driver. My wife, Olivia, was severely injured and decided to not ride again. "I bought a 2006 Road King Police edition, when I came to brandon Harley I had a 2002 Honda vtx 1800, which I loved to ride. I sold this to a friend for his second bike he has a Ultra Classic. Anyway upon my experiences with other Harley dealers [Jim's and Fletchers] which I walked out very unsatisfied with their sales staff, My experience at brandon Harley was very pleasurable and educational, Bob Hammer was my salesman and he answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable, He brought me over to a 2006 Road King which I purchased, Beef was my finance guy and he was very good at what he does, thanks’ Beef. At this time Ben and I went for a ride and I fell in love with this bike. Bob has been calling me about every two weeks to ask me how everything is going. I feel like I made new friends at Brandon Harley. I have gone back several times in the last couple of weeks and Ben the sales manager has always greeted me and very helpful with any questions I have no matter how stupid they may be. I did purchase a new set of keys and also a windshield. Parts dept very helpful and always quick to help. Also thought the clutch cable need adjusted so went to service dept on a Friday at 5:15 and they adjusted it, no problem while I waited. "I recently made a stop into Harley Davidson of Tampa. I had a few question regarding service. I was introduced to Jim McCausey the Gm. Jim was great. He took me directly to speak with the service manager Rufus Meriwether and I am thankful to him he did. My many experiences in dealerships is one of being rushed and treated as if I was suppose to know everything what they know and I don't. Rufus however did exactly what I needed. He sat me down, listened to my questions and answered each one making sure I understood exactly what he was saying. He never made me feel rushed and treated me like I was the only customer in this busy store. In my opinion Rufus created a new and better standard for this business that many others should pay attention to. "My husband bought me a beautiful Harley jacket for my birthday, but it was too small. I called and spoke to Simona. She was so very sweet and did her best to try and locate another size. When there was none available in your other stores, she went online only to find out that my size was on back order. She never once had a negative tone. She was determined to make sure I got what I needed. She suggested that we come in and see if there was something else I liked, or to at least return the jacket for a credit. We drove down to Tampa, which is a drive because we live in Weeki Wachee, met with Simona and decided to get a credit. She saw that there was a jacket in my size due to come into the store and offered, not only to call me, but to bring the jacket to me so we didn't have to drive all the way to Tampa again. "My friend and I, both from Ontario, Canada, went to Florida for Biketoberfest and on one of our day trips we stopped in at Tampa Harley to look around and maybe pick up something for our wives. "The team at Brandon HD is top notch! I have bought two other HD MC and have never had this level of service from the other dealerships. Everyone from Jeff Vigness in sales to Terry Ward in design to Sam Wanamaker in finance were truly awesome. Not only did I get a great deal on a new bike, a reasonable price for my trade, great financing, a great price on new parts and the knowledge of how to build my bike, but they were able to save me significantly on insurance - something I had already shopped for! Worth mentioning are your guys in the service department. I had just returned from Daytona where I had a clutch adjustment issue on the new FLHX. I took it to Daytona Harley, they charged me $47 and didn't fix the problem. The day after I got back I took it in to the service department and they got me right in to adjust it properly and even washed the bike for me. I imagine it's going to be a while before I buy a new HD as I tend to hold on to them quite a while but when I do, I'll be back to buy here again. Thanks for a great experience and and awesome bike!!!"

"My bike broke down on a Sunday, I called the dealer and a very nice gentleman name Sam told me to bring it in and ask for him. The service department was closed, but he opened up the garage doors so I could drop my bike off. The bike was fixed the very next day and Glenn in Service was wonderful. "My husband and I, along with my sister and brother in law made a trip up to Brandon Harley on 9/11. We totally forgot about the poker run and tribute at the store that day. Walking around, I once again saw a Low rider I had seen three months before, and it was under the tent marked Steel of the Week. Although we were not there to purchase a bike, we were introduced to Jeff in sales. We explained to him we really were not here to buy today, but let's see what we could do. Jeff was very understanding and went to work helping out. A short time later, the bike was rolled back into the store and a sold sign was placed on it. Stopped in to find out about a bike with a trike kit on it and Ray Bragg, Josh Brinkman and Dan Maslowe did a super job getting it over to the Tampa harley store from a warehouse to look it over. Was not able to take for a ride Saturday but looked over went in discussed a super deal with Ray, Josh and Dan came back on Sunday Ray took me on a little ride which i followed him to demo the bike and we stopped half way threw the ride he ask me how is she i replied awesome with the feeling of getting my freedom to ride back. "I recently purchased a 2011 Softail Fat Boy Lo from HD of Brandon. I am not really going to mention everyone's names involved because it was a total team effort from start to finish. I had actually been in and out of the dealership over the past few years (dreaming). I had owned a Sportster, my first Harley, back in 1996. But do to family priorities, had to sell it. I always thought of getting another one, but thought I could ever afford to get another one. Well, life sometimes does go better than expected and I did now have the means to purchase one, but the trouble was, which one was right for me. I currently owned a Japanese custom cruiser type bike and a Japanese sportbike; but neither were comfortable enough for the long hauls. They looked good, but not so functional. Being a woman, I did not think about looking at any touring type Harleys because I thought they were too bulky, heavy and I was too short to feel comfortable. So, my initial request was to see a Softail Custom or Softail Nightrain. My salesman accommodated my request and showed me what I requested. I also looked at a Fat Bob. While looking, he took the time to ask questions, ask why a really wanted in a bike, asked why I went for the bikes I did, etc. After what I think was a few hours of just him listening to me, really listening, he said he would love to sell me a bike, but the ones I "wanted" are not what I really what I should be buying and that I might just not end up loving. He showed me to the Fat Boy. Loved everything about it, especially for the long hauls. But too much chrome to polish and it just did not quite fit me. No problem. The Fat Boy Lo has less chrome, is lower and might be a better fit. Yep, right on. But it wasn't as custom and cool as I had hoped and there was something still not right with the handle bars. The actually handle bars for the Fat Boy were a better fit. Bottom line, my sales men fit a bike to me and me to the bike. He then worked with the parts department and me to get all of the custom items and "cool" I wanted to make the bike my own. He coordinated with all the folks in the dealership from trade, parts, service, to final delivery. I love my 2011 HD Softail Fat Boy Lo!!!!! And to think, it was not even close to what I thought I wanted the first day I entered the dealership. I love you guys/gals at HD of Brandon. Your team made it happen and I will be back to purchase another bike once other members of my family complete their motorcycle classes."
