"I suggested to some friends that we ride in to your dealership to look at used bikes ( they have a Honda but need a Harley) and while they were working with one of your salesmen I asked Nick in service if he could look at an issue with my 2009 FLHTCU's passenger backrest. Since I will be leaving on Thursday to ride back to Idaho I wanted to try and make sure I wouldn’t have an issue on the road. Even though I didn’t buy this bike from your dealership and the repair was warranty work Nick and your technician (I wish I knew his name as well!) went above and beyond to get my bike fixed so I can get back on the road without any worries. "While purchasing my 2007 Road King Classic Dale offered me the road hazard insurance. I hesitated because the bike had new tires. Dale explained that even with new tires anything can happen on the road. I bought the insurance. One month later the rear tire went flat and the wire spoke chrome wheel got bent. The bill was $1100.00 and I paid $195.00. Buy the insurance. It will pay for itself. Thanks Dale!!!"

"I came in with a friend whose son had bought a bike from Brandon Harley and he wanted to check you out. As soon as we got there we were greeted like no other place I have been. We found the salesman that helped my friends son, Jeff talked to us about the 09's and showed us around. I mention the problem I was having with my bike and Jeff suggested I have service look at it. Well I got way more than I expected, Bruce got me right in and I got the best treatment and my bike came out the cleanest it's been in a long time. We even got to test ride an 09 while we waited. "Gulf Coast Harley is our second home and it felt like home the first time we stopped in back in March 09. Anthony showed us around and we looked at a few bikes but not ready to buy. With Anythony's help my hubby signed up for Riding course. He loved it and the instructors! We were back every weekend just looking until we saw the one. When we saw the bike, Mick was there to help us out and took my hubby for a ride and when he returned you could not wipe the smile off his face. Mick and Larry put some numbers together because they knew the amount we wanted to spend and not over. Well I had to think about it and we decide to wait. I called first thing Monday and found out someone bought the bike. Mick called me to deliver the bad news but promised he was on the hunt for the bike for us. He delivered his promise within the same week with a phone call and said you both need to get down here now I found you a bike. 2003 HD 100th Anniversary Edition with 8000 miles! We saw it and we were in love! Mick was so right. Mick, Larry and Anthony were all right there telling us how special this bike was and all the special details. These men know there bikes. Larry told me it was the price we needed and well we bought beginning of May. Thank you Anthony, even though you did not get the sale you brought us back into that store. Mick thank you for keeping your promise, we love our bike! Larry appreciate getting us the number we needed! Dale was extremely helpful in financing and explained in detail about the service plan and even though we were not going to take the full plan it was with his expertise, experience and passion that made us decide to spend the extra money. Dale the very next day we came back and I gave you a hug, because we got a flat tire and so glad we listened. Thanks goes to service, parts and customer service area. Denise, Julie and everyone are very helpful and made sure our helmets fit perfectly. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about this Harley experience and so glad we have Gulf Coast because we will always be back!"

"A few weeks ago I took my wife into the showroom to see if there was a model of H-D that would suit her. Anthony Iapichino was very patient with us as we went from one model to the next looking for that perfect fit. She then spotted the '09 Heritage, in metallic purple and silver. Sure enough it fit her well. She was even offered to take it for a ride, but we were not dressed in our riding garb. So we passed on it and left the building. After stewing it over for a week, we took the chance that the Heritage was still there and went back ready to ride. Again, Anthony was ready and willing to accommodate. My wife, Brenda, took the Heritage for a little putt around the parking lot and then around the block, with Anthony leading the way. Upon returning Brenda was smiling from ear to ear and I knew we were gonna be there a while. Unfortunately.. we were also on the way to the airport to pick up my brother. So I let Anthony know, "if we're gonna do this.. we gotta do it quick and be out of here by 4pm".. it was already coming up on 2:30-3:00. He wasted no time getting our information, answering all our questions, and getting the credit report run. Then came Dale Hedding. I had worked with Dale before when I purchased my '07 Night Train a couple years before. He was aware of our situation and also wasted no time getting us situated, going over all the warranty information, and whatnots. We were out the door by 3:45p and made it to the airport in perfect time. Further more... The next day Brenda noticed the ignition cover wouldn't stay completely down when closed and pointed this out. A service team member, Jeff, was quick to look it over and ordered a replacement right then and there. Everyone at Gulf Coast H-D rocks!"

"I visited the Gulf Coast Harley shop in NPR recently and felt an instant connection. The following weekend I was enrolled in the Rider's Edge course - thank you James and Kellie, it was AWESOME! "My friends Janet & Joanne who lives in Port Richey brought me over to your dealership in New Port Richey about 6 yrs. ago. I was very impressed with this dealership after being to so many of them in the past. I happen to live on the other coast of FL in Palm Coast. Everyone who works at the dealership in New Port Richey, no matter the dept., greets every customer with a smile and offers their help with no pressure. When I visit my friends in Port Richey, I always make it a point to come to this HD dealership. My 2 friends and myself on vacation for a week rode our Harleys from Palm Coast over to your dealership and I saw the Street Glide that I've been dreaming about even though I loved my 04 Road King Classic. "As a Cdn. HOG member Central Chapter Nova Scotia I travel by HOG atlas. I say in NPR for the month of April. So upon arriving I go to Gulf Coast H-D where I meet the super friendly and helpful sales staff. This year it felt like coming home with the greeting I received coming in the show room. Julie remembered the nickname I was given from 2007 so it shows the level of customer care and friendship developed at GC H-D after a year and over only one month. A few names stand out ONLY cause I dealt with them more Denise, Bryan York, Mike S., John (cooks a great hot dog),the parts and service guys I dealt with were great. The outstanding thing was the friendliness and how warmly a stranger from another country who wasn’t making a major purchase was treated daily the same as the guy buying an ULTRA H-D. "We wanted to thank all the wonderful people at the New Port Richey Harley dealership for a great experience in purchasing our 08 Night Train a few weeks ago. We had been looking everywhere for a bike that was both stylish and comfortable on a long trip, with my comfort being a key factor, LOL. We also had to consider the option for trading in my Buell Blast as a deciding factor. We were only going to stop at the NPR dealership as a minor detour on our way to the Orlando Harley dealership to look at a Harley we had liked online but thanks to Mick Stephens willingness to take his time to let us test drive multiple bikes, my husband fell in love with the Night Train. "I purchased my '07 Night Train from Gulf Coast H-D a couple years ago. Since then, I've been back and forth purchasing parts and accessories time and time again. a couple weeks ago I was in the store picking up a ladies shirt as a friend's B'day gift. Amy Williams was working the counter at the time. She asked me if I was part of the H-D Rewards program. To which I responded, "Ya know.. I'm not really sure. I've not received any type of card that I'm aware of." Amy then went out of her way to look me up in the system and sure enough I was a part of this program. All this time I had been spending a didn't even realize I could have been accumulating points! Amy took it a step further and was able to get me the points for all that I had spent in the past. Now that's what I call customer service... thanks Amy! "

"I recently purchased my first bike. I signed up for the Rider's Edge course to finally learn how to ride a motorcycle. I stopped by the dealership before the course started and met Gil. I told him I was taking the course and I had only been a passenger twice in my life. He took the time to explain how to tell the differences in Harleys. He put me at ease and it was a great first experience with H-D. Over the next few weeks Gil kept in contact to inquire how the course was going. "I looked at bikes all over the state and spoke to quite a few sales reps too. I contacted Gil over the phone and he was great! I had appointments to look at a cpl. bikes and Gil kept in touch over the next few days to ask me how he could EARN my business. Well, I told him! And he let me know what he could do. Once again, he really did a great job! So my wife and I drove up 2 hours and checked out a particular 2006 Street Glide. We fell in love with it, but had some financial constraints. That’s where Doug came into the picture. The two of those guys worked hard with us and got the deal done! I know in my heart that while they are there to make $$, they truly did their best to put me and my wife on our "Dream Bike". Ok let’s start with my sales men Anthony Lapichino, who just sold me a 2009 FLHT Electra glide this is my second FLHT. You should know that I was a Jims Harley customer for my 1st bike, but was in your store not even sure if I was going to buy a new bike. After meeting Anthony in a few moments he had me hooked also stole me away from Jims Harley, that alone should say a lot about him. Anthony was very down to earth a person who took the time to talk to me, and let me say not down to me which was very important. "After 'borrowing' several friends bikes and then buying and owning a 2007 Road King Classic, we decided that this was the bike we wanted for the long term. And since we planned on owning it ... well ... forever, it had to be a special bike, not one you might see a dozen times while riding through Daytona or Sturgis. So, after reading about the new 2009 Road King Classic and all the great upgrades they did to the frame, rear wheel, exhaust, etc, we decided it was time to buy our dream bike. We went onto the HD website and decided we wanted the custom colors called Black Ice/Blue Ice. However, since these colors were only produced for 3 months in 2008, dealer after dealer (4 total) told me there were none available. My last stop and hope was at Gulf Coast where Mick took down my information and told me he would call me as soon as he heard something, even if it was bad news. After 2 days he called and I was pretty sure that he had not found my bike. But then he asked me a question ... How would I like to own a 2009 Road King Classic with Black Ice/Blue Ice custom colors? I couldn't believe it, he had found my bike. So the next day we bought our dream bike. We got a great deal, a great trade in for our 2007 and they even went the next day and picked up the bike for us at no charge. All in less than a week! I can't say enough for what Mick and his crew did for us! He refused to give up and we are really glad we found him and his crew!"

"Attended the event hosted by you for the LAMA group on Saturday (3/21). I wasn't a member that day, but joined Monday night. Very impressed with the dealership and employees that I was in contact with. The demo rides changed my opinion on Harleys. Rode a Sporty "back in the day", ride an FZ1 now after putting a few miles on a BMW K bike. Been riding off and on since 1968, motocrossed until age 42, so I have a little experience and am considered a good rider, better than some, not as good as others I suppose. Signed up for as many demo rides as I could or actually as many as they would let me, the sign up girls kept saying "You have to be fair and let other have a chance", still got in 5 rides along with the other activities of the day. The demo-ride instructors were very good. Kept things orderly, were prompt with the ride times and everyone seemed to have a good time. A little sketchy riding with others I'm not familiar with, but the LAMA riders know how to keep in line, it was the occasional visitor that didn't flow with the group as well. The instructors mentioned they saw a difference with the group and felt more comfortable and confident with us. Most impressed with Silvana Golzman running the kid's activity tent. She was the right person and personality for the job. That's not something you can learn or be educated for, you either have it or you don't. A fair job can be done with some effort, but to really make it work takes a special kind of person. Too many activities for the kids are what adults think kids should do. Silvana found just the right mix to make it work. Obvious that she put a lot of time and effort into preparation, I appreciate that even if she didn't let me do any coloring. Enjoyed the event, the association speaks highly of you and your reputation. Seeing the employees in action showed me why. "Gilbert was incredible! Being a woman and a first time motorcycle buyer was very intimidating. He approached me and I immediately felt comfortable. My significant other joined us, and Gilbert asked us which bikes we were interested in--a Fat Boy for Bobby and a Softail Deluxe for me. He immediately took us to those models and had us sitting on them. "Well this started back in November of 2008. Stopping by Gulf Coast Harley in New Port Richey the wife and I were greeted by friendly sales people as we walked through the door. It was twenty to four 20 minutes before closing but the staff was great. We met Sales Consultant Bryan York and briefly told him we were looking at but not ready to buy a Ultra-Classic. Bryan took the time to tell me more than I ever knew about HD and the bike I dreamed of buying someday. As I am a large (tall) guy space on the bike is of great concern. Bryan explained how the bike could be made to fit and the details of how. Well it was now closing and this conversation went outside into the parking lot where Bryan not only spend more time he even let the wife sit on his Ultra and in the parking lot moved things to show us how the bike would fit. We thanked him for his time and explained if the stock market ever came back I would be back to trade my Royal star Yamaha in on a Ultra. For the 3 months’ I kept (more like bugged him) in contact he always called back and invited us back just to say hello and chat. Sunday 2-23-09 we returned to GCH and met with Bryan. This time I was on our bike after a long ride with intent of trading if the rite deal was to be had. Upon entering the store I was greeted by Bryan who showed me several bike on the floor. One a 2008 red/red caught my eye and the deal was done from there. The wife and I now proudly ride a 2008 Ultra. Point to this writing is Bryan York was interested in us even though we were not ready in November 2008. H kept contact with us and took his time (some of his own) to go just that extra step. Even though we looked up north and south this contact with Bryan brought us back again to GCH in NPR. A lot is to be said for a person that goes the extra mile. My son and brother in law are now awaiting the time to trade and buy with GCHD in NPR"

"First let me advise you I have rode my Harley over 100,000 miles in the past 5 years. "Hello, Bought my second bike from you last Saturday. Traded in a Sportster for a Classic. Anthony Iapichino and Dale Hedding stayed late to complete the paperwork and to make sure the new bike was ready to go. Anthony did not rush the sale, he took the time to answer every question and concern. As a matter of fact, the bike we chose was not on the sales floor yet. It was fully serviced but had not been put on display yet. My beloved Carol was much more relaxed as we traded bikes this time since she had learned to trust the people at the New Port Richey dealership. To get to your location, we have to ride right by another dealership, they did not have the selection of used bike as Gulf Coast. "My husband was turning 40 this year and I really wanted to give him something special. For months and months we came to Brandon Harley and talked with Kelley once sometimes twice a week. Kelley always took the time to answer our questions, even though I think he knew that we weren’t quite ready to make a purchase he always made time for us. Just a few months prior my husband purchased a sportster for me at Brandon Harley and it was eating him up that he was still riding a HONDA. (Not to mention I would rub it as much as possible! ha ha) Even though the Honda was good to us, he was totally in love with the Harley Street Glide, there was nothing more that he wanted. He talked and talked and talked about it, until finally I couldn't take it anymore. His 40th birthday was approaching and not sure financially if we could afford the street glide, I called Kelley one afternoon for some advice. I even suggested to Kelley that I would trade my bike just so my husband would have an unforgettable 40th. Kelley didn't hesitate, he got with Neal and put some figures together and needless to say the very next day we found ourselves sitting in front of Neal, who by the way makes it painless to sign your money away. He is soft spoken, easy going and definitely goes the extra mile to make your purchase stress free. I would like to say Thank you, to Kelley and Neal, my husband loves his motorcycle. He rides it everyday, in the cold, rain, or heat he rides it everywhere and he loves it! Also Thanks to Neal with his magic I was able to keep my bike and I am happy for that. "As times are tuff and when the opportunity presents itself, it's always refreshing to take a ride and let the wind blow through the hair I used to have lol, as I enjoy the solitude of feeling my Harley thumping along with no "worries". Needless to say, I noticed a wining noise and felt this can't be to good. As the noise became louder and continued I took my 96 FatBoy into Brandon's service department, Bruce filled out the paper work and Darrick took into the shop, cranked it up. Needless to say the wining noise was very apparent and Somer popped outta her office and said turn it off, I don't think we want to buy this guy a new motor, she looked at me and said it sounds like a bearing, possible your cam barring and that we will need to get it apart and see really what's up. She saw that look on my face $$$$ and said, hey it could be worse, "NO WORRIES" and I'll keep you posted! She and her team did just that, kept me posted and asked me to come by from time to time as our little project was getting bigger and all I could see was a few hundred dollar fix heading towards a couple thousand. I say this tongue n cheek, yes, it was an expensive fix but because of Somer's professionalism and "NO WORRIES" demeanor as well as all the guys involved from Derrick, Ritchie, James, Ken, Bruce, Terry and some I may have not mentioned and not on purpose, They were and are all great to work with. I feel my safety and overall performance of my Harley was never compromised and everything worked out great! New bigger cam, new parts, a friendly environment and overall honesty. Most of all I appreciate Somer Huffman surrounded by a group of people that keep us riders riding.
