"I am 60 years old and started riding Harley's as a teenager. I purchased my three previous bikes and accessories at the Fort Myers Florida store. I just purchased a Rocker C at Harley-Davidson of Tampa and accessories through Anthony Lapichino and Perrin Albertson. I have never had a better experience dealing with a motorcycle purchase or any vehicle for that matter. My only regret is that you are not closer to Naples, Florida. I contacted Anthony while on a road trip on my Duece. I stopped off at your store on my way home to Naples and left on a new Rocker C. "My experience at Gulf Coast Harley Davidson was the best. As soon as I got there, I made a b-line for the bikes and was not pressured by any sales people. Jim Duffy was my sales rep and answered all questions I had. Once I made my decision, I was told there was an insurance representative available just in case. Financing was prompt. Cody, in parts was very helpful. Again, no pressure to add accessories to the already loaded bike. I was later introduced to Bill who would, the next day, deliver my bike. Bill answered my questions and said to call with any questions. Bottom line, I was very impressed and pleased with my experience with Gulf Coast Harley Davidson. "I not sure if this is where I should give feedback on your 2nd Thursday of the month bike night or not. But... I rarely give comments on anything unless its horrible. In this case I'll make an exception. I would like to congratulate you on your organization and execution of this event. My girlfriend and I attended our first one last night (5/8/08). We attend events all over FL 3 of 4 weekends a month and yours was GREAT! Parking was well organized and staff courtesy was awesome. Music was a little needy though. Special kudos to your BBQ cafe. The food and especially the wait staff was the best ever at an event and better than a great deal of restaurants out there. Food was excellent and portions generous. "This was a great experience with a dealer who still knows that the customer should come first. During the middle of the deal my wife took ill and could not come back into the shop to finish the paperwork Fred Harwood, Kevin the sales manager, Matt and Danny in F&I were able to work together to get the problem solved. Though an hour went to six to get the bike ready to travel 600+ miles home the next morning Rufus Meriwether went above and beyond the call of duty to get the right part from another dealer and make sure it was installed to keep us in the time frame of our trip. An lastly Ed who transported the bike and me to the hotel where my wife could finish the paperwork and we could take delivery of our Ultra Classic. To sum the whole thing up Tampa HD is a first rate dealership with professional people and staff to take care of the customer what else can you ask for? Nothing!!!"
